PGL Masters Bucharest 2026 results & final standings
Well, the Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) esports world was turned upside down at the PGL Studios venue in Bucharest, Romania, with an incredibly unlikely team making it to the Grand Final as an underdog story that almost resulted in a trophy lift.
With $1,250,000 (approximately R21.8 million) on the line, 16 teams duke it out on the servers in one of the final events before the Singapore Major. Sparks flew right from the start of the Swiss Stage, with underdogs Nemiga claiming huge scalps.
They continued their run in the Playoffs Stage, eliminating FUT Esports and Team Vitality to reach the Grand Final. However, FURIA managed to overcome Nemiga in a narrow 3-2 Grand Final win to lift the PGL Masters Bucharest 2026 trophy.
