StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026 highlights video

The 20th season of StarLadder, aka StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026, saw eight awesome Counter-Strike 2 teams compete on LAN in Barcelona, Spain. With a double-elimination bracket format, there was little room for error, as teams duked it out on the server for their share of the $500,000 prize pool.

Turkish powerhouse side Aurora Gaming went on a rampage in the Upper Bracket, beating NAVI 2-0, NRG 2-0, and Team Vitality in a close 2-1 match to earn a spot in the Grand Final.

While many fans believed the Team Vitality era was officially over, Dan “apEX” Madesclaire’s men looked strong with William “mezii” Merriman back from paternity leave. Team Vitality managed to quickly 2-0 both underdogs Magic and solid contenders FURIA before falling to Aurora Gaming.

Team Vitality once again crushed FURIA 2-0 in the Lower Bracket Final to claim a spot in the Grand Final. Continue reading to find out what went down in the Grand Final, or watch the video below featuring some choice highlights, or both if you have the time!

In the best-of-five Grand Final, Team Vitality drew first blood on Anubis with a 13-4 win. Aurora Gaming bounced back on Inferno with a 13-11 win, tying up the series.

apEX seemed like he had enough of Aurora Gaming’s shenanigans, and led his team to very convincing wins on Mirage (13-4) and Cache (13-7) to close out the series 3-1, winning the tournament.

The legendary French AWPer, Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut, was named the MVP of StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026, boasting a 1.50 rating. Congratulations!
