VCT 2026 China Stage 1 viewer’s guide
While the dust is still settling over Masters Santiago, where Nongshim RedForce claimed the crown by beating Paper Rex in the Grand Final, it’s time for the Stage 1 events of the VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) to begin. In this viewers’ guide, we take a look at the VCT 2026 China Stage 1 event, so let’s jump in.
VCT 2026 China Stage 1 important details
The 12 best VALORANT teams from China will be competing in the VCT 2026 China Stage 1 event, live on LAN at various locations. The tournament starts on 30 March 2026 and runs until somewhere in mid-May.
Teams are competing for three spots at the Masters London event, which is a massive deal, alongside VCT China points that will help them qualify for the crowning Champions 2026 tournament at the end of the year.
The tournament begins with all teams competing in two Single-Round Robin groups of six teams each, where all matches are best-of-three, and the top four teams from each group advance to the Playoffs Stage.
The eight teams will then compete in Ranking Matches before heading to the Double-Elimination bracket Playoffs Stage. Here, the Lower Bracket Final and Grand Final matches are BO5, and the rest are BO3.
