While the dust is still settling over IEM Kraków 2026, another huge Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) event is about to begin, featuring most of the top teams in the world. Here’s what you must know about PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 so you don’t miss any of the top-tier action.

PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 details

PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 kicks off on Valentine’s Day, this weekend, 14 February 2026. The tournament is scheduled to run until 22 February, offering over a week of exciting action.

The competitors will fight on LAN for their share of the $1,250,000 prize pool. That’s roughly R20 million at the current Dollar to Rand exchange rate.

All 16 teams will start in a Swiss System format group stage, where all matches are best-of-three. The top eight teams will advance to the Playoffs Stage, and the rest are eliminated right then and there. The Playoffs Stage features a single-elimination bracket format. All matches in the final stage of competition are best-of-three, except for the Grand Final, which is best-of-five.
