NAVI wins StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2025 over NIP
Over the past weekend, two big Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) LAN events finished up, namely the FISSURE Playground 2 and the StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2025 (aka Season 19). Here’s what went down in the latter, including how NAVI won the event, and the precise final standings/winnings.
NAVI’s win at StarLadder StarSeries S19
Somewhere in Budapest, Hungary, eight teams competed on LAN for their share of the $500,000 prize pool. At the current Dollar to Rand exchange rate, that’s roughly R8.6 million.
NAVI was the huge favorite going into the event, which featured a double-elimination bracket where all matches were best-of-three. In their opening match, however, NAVI lost 13-9 on Ancient against underdogs 9INE, and had to pull off a reverse-sweep comeback. With 13-4 on Nuke and 13-8 on Inferno, NAVI managed to eliminate 9INE and stay in the Upper Bracket.
NAVI went on to plow through PASSION UA and NIP with 2-0 scores. NIP then bounced back to make it to the Grand Final, beating B8 with a 2-0 score in the Lower Bracket Final.
In the StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2025 best-of-three Grand Final, NAVI took out NIP without much issue, winning 2-0 with scores of 13-7 on Nuke, and 13-10 on Inferno.
