RLCS 2025 World Championship results and final standings

As the culmination of an exciting Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) 2025 season, the World Championship took place from 10 to 14 September 2025, as 20 of the best teams in the business fought for their share of the $1.2 million prize pool on LAN at the LDLC Arena in Lyon-Décines, France.

Following an exciting Play-In Stage, 16 teams were left to compete in the Group Stage. In Group A, The Ultimates, Wildcard, Geekay Esports, and Karmine Corp made it through, while in Group B, it was Team Falcons, NRG, Spacestation, and Ninjas in Pyjamas, in that order.

In the Playoffs, Team Falcons got off to a powerful start, beating Wildcard Gaming 4-1, and then knocking out home crowd favorites, Karmine Corp, with a 4-2. On the other side of the bracket, NRG beat The Ultimates in a close 4-3 affair, then took care of business quickly with a 4-0 victory against Geekay Esports.

In the RLCS World Championship’s grand finale, it was NRG who won the first match, but Team Falcons quickly tied the score 1-1. However, NRG put the pedal to the metal, winning the next three in a row for a 4-1 score to become the champions of RLCS 2025.

As you can see, the FUT Esports team representing the Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) region (filled with Spanish players) ended dead last, in 19th-20th place, but still earned $6,000 for their efforts. Congratulations to all competing!
