PUBG Mobile Global Open 2025 viewer’s guide
There’s some serious battle royale esports action to enjoy this weekend, in the form of the PUBG Mobile Global Open event, the first big S-Tier tournament of the 2025 season. Here’s what you need to know so you can enjoy PUBG Mobile Global Open 2025, including format, schedule, teams competing, and where you can watch the action.
PUBG Mobile Global Open details
The PUBG Mobile Global Open 2025 is a live event taking place at the Renaissance Hall, Zo’r TV venue in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. It will take place this weekend, on 12 and 13 April 2025. The event is organized by KRAFTON, Level Infinite, and NODWIN Gaming.
Teams are competing for their share of the $409,000 (USD) prize pool. At the current Dollar to Rand exchange rate, that’s roughly R7.7 million to fight for. This is a Squads TPP event with a total of 16 teams. Eight teams are directly invited, seven qualify via the Prelims, and then the champion from the Uzbekistan Finals also joins the fray.

A maximum of 12 matches (six each day) will be played. The Match Point for this tournament is 80. Once a team reaches the required Match Point, that team will become Match Point Eligible for the subsequent matches, and the first team to score a Winner Winner Chicken Dinner after they become Match Point Eligible will become the champions!
