PGL Wallachia Season 3 viewer’s guide
Just as the dust settles over DreamLeague Season 25, another huge Dota 2 esports event has begun. I am, of course, talking about PGL Wallachia Season 3, a massive LAN tournament where the best-of-the-best compete for their share of a huge prize pool. Let’s not waste any time and blink straight into the most important details.
Important PGL Wallachia Season 3 details
From 8 to 16 March 2025, we’ll watch as 16 of the best Dota 2 esports teams in the world compete for their share of the $1 million prize pool. At the current Dollar to Rand exchange rate, that’s roughly R18.5 million. The event will take place at the PGL Studios venue in Bucharest, Romania.
The action begins with the Group Stage which features a Swiss-System format with one group. All matches are best-of-three. The top eight advance to the playoffs of PGL Wallachia Season 3. The rest are eliminated. Check out the teams competing below.

The team list above is sorted in no particular order. Once the dust settles over the Group Stage, the final eight teams will compete in a double-elimination bracket playoffs, where all matches are best-of-three, except for the grand final, which is best-of-five.
