LoL 2025 First Stand LCK, LTA and LCP qualifier results
The best League of Legends esports teams in their respective regions have been competing vigorously in regional events for a chance at competing in the first big LoL event of the year; the 2025 First Stand. Let’s take a look at what went down in the Champions Korea (LCK), the LoL Championship of The Americas 2025 Cross-Conference and the Championship Pacific Split 1 2025 events, including which teams came out on top.
LCK Cup 2025 results
After a solid Group and Play-In stage, the LCK Cup 2025 reached the Playoffs Stage, where sparks flew. Hanwha Life eliminated the LoL Worlds 2024 champions, T1, with a thrilling 3-2 win, then knocked Gen.G Esports down to the lower bracket with another 3-2, and came back from a two-game deficit to beat Dplus with a 3-2 score to make it to the grand finale.
Gen.G Esports recovered in the lower bracket to put up a heroic run, beating NS RedForce 3-2 and then decimating Dplus with a clean 3-0 sweep to make it to the Grand Final. In the Grand Final, however, it was Hanwha Life who overcame an on-form Gen.G Esports with a 3-2 victory to claim a spot in the 2025 First Stand event.
LCP Split 1 2025 results

Eight teams fought in the LCP Split 1 event for one spot at the 2025 First Stand. After the regular season was done, the top six competed in the Playoffs Stage. It is in this Playoffs Stage that CTBC Flying Oyster took center stage, beating GAM Esports 2-0 and Vikings Esports 3-1 to claim a spot in the Grand Final.
After getting knocked down 2-1 by Vikings Esports, Talon Esports recovered in the lower bracket, beating GAM Esports 2-1 and then taking revenge with a 3-2 against Vikings Esports. In the Grand Final, Talon Esports took the first game in style, but then CTBC Flying Oyster just pushed themselves into second gear, winning the next three games in a row to claim the crown, and qualify for the 2025 First Stand.
LTA 2025 Cross-Conference results
The eight best teams from the North and South American regions competed in the LTA 2025 Cross-Conference events at the Riot Games Arena in São Paulo, Brazil, for only one spot at the LoL 2025 First Stand.
In the single-elimination bracket, it was Team Liquid who took the crown, with exciting matches against Isurus Estral (2-1) and Cloud9 (2-1) to make it to the Grand Final. In the Grand Final, however, Team Liquid simply crushed 100 Thieves with a devastating 3-0 to win the event, and a spot at the LoL 2025 First Stand.
