VCT 2025 Masters Bangkok viewer’s guide
The Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) 2025 season is in full swing. With all the regional kickoff events recently completed, eight teams have earned spots at the first Masters event (like a CS2 Major). Here’s what Valorant esports fans need to know about the VCT 2025 Masters Bangkok event, which begins this week.
Masters Bangkok important details
The VCT 2025 Masters Bangkok is a LAN event taking place at the UOB Live venue in Thailand, Bangkok, from 20 February until 2 March 2025. Yes, that’s right, it’s starting this week, and we can’t wait to watch all the action unfold live!
The tournament begins with an eight-team Swiss System format group, where all matches are best-of-three. This portion of the event runs from 20 to 24 February. Four teams will make it through to the playoffs. These teams are competing for their share of the $500,000 prize pool. At the current Dollar to Rand exchange rate, that’s roughly R9.2 million.

In the VCT 2025 Masters Bangkok playoffs, we’ll see the top four teams compete in a double-elimination bracket, where the lower bracket finale and the grand finale are best-of-five, and the rest of the matches are best-of-three.
