BLAST Fall Final 2024 viewer’s guide
Before we get to the World Final to end the 2024 BLAST Premier season, some of the best Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) esports teams are competing at the BLAST Premier Fall Final 2024 at the Forum Copenhagen venue in Denmark. Here’s what you need to know.
BLAST Fall Final 2024 details
Eight qualified teams who’ve made it through the Fall Groups or Fall Showdown events will compete for their share of the $425,000 prize pool. At the current Dollar to Rand exchange rate, that’s roughly R7.4 million. The winner also gets a spot at the World Final which is taking place in December.
The BLAST Fall Final kicks off this week, on 25 September 2024, and will finish up this Sunday, 29 September 2024. The tournament starts with a group stage featuring two groups with a GSL-style format. Each group has four teams, and all matches are BO3. The bottom team is eliminated in each group, and the top three advance and are placed in the single-elimination bracket, depending on their performance in the group stage.

In the playoffs of BLAST Fall Final 2024, we will see the remaining six teams compete in a single-elimination bracket format, where quarterfinals and semifinals are BO3, and the grand finale is a BO5 affair.
