DreamLeague Season 22 results & highlights

From 25 February to 10 March 2024, we saw 16 of the best Dota 2 esports teams in the world compete for a huge $1 million prize pool at DreamLeague Season 22. In case you missed it, here’s what went down with the results and highlights of the huge event!

DreamLeague S22 highlights

During the group stage, fans were shocked at some of the early exits from the likes of Chinese powerhouse Azure Ray and fan-favourites such as Team Secret. Watch our highlights video below to find out what happened, or continue reading, or both!

From Group A, we saw BetBoom Team, OG, Team Falcons and Gaimin Gladiators make it through to the playoffs, while in Group B, Xtreme Gaming, Team Spirit, Shopify Rebellion and Aurora survived.

In the opening round of the playoffs, Xtreme Gaming beat Team Spirit to advance, then lost to BetBoom Team, who secured their spot in the finals of DreamLeague Season 22.

Coming off a fantastic performance and a first-place finish at BetBoom Dacha Dubia 2024, Team Falcons reverse-swept BetBoom Team in the semifinals in dramatic fashion to make it to the finals.

In the finals of DreamLeague Season 22, just like in BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024, Team Falcons didn’t drop a single game. In absolutely dominating fashion, Team Falcons beat BetBoom Team with a clean 3-0 to win the lion’s share of the prize pool at $300,000, and earning their second trophy in quick succession.
