SHIFT Gaming Experience event this weekend in Gauteng
Back in April, South African tournament organizer African Cyber Gaming League (ACGL), in partnership with Redragon, Gizzu, and Computer Mania, announced the SHIFT Gaming Experience, and two excellent events have already been completed. The event series is brought to you by MTN and HypropThis weekend; there’s another SHIFT Gaming Experience event taking place in Gauteng. Here’s what you need to know.
SHIFT Gaming Experience this weekend
Qualifiers for the FIFA 23 event have already taking place online this past Sunday. However, there’s also an F1 22 fastest lap event to enjoy, and watching some local esports action never gets old.
This weekend, from 26 to 28 May 2023, the SHIFT Gaming Experience comes to the Woodlands Boulevard Shopping Complex in Gauteng. The action starts at 09:00.

There are also side competitions planned at the shopping centres, from titles such as Fortnite, F1, and even the newly released Minecraft Legends on display, where you can win more prizes. Attendees can also try other titles, such as MultiVersus and Rocket League, experience the MTN Arena cloud gaming platform, rebuild keyboards in a race, and enjoy giveaways.
