EA SPORTS FC 26 fans are in for a treat this week with the FC Pro World Championship, forming part of the Esports World Cup (EWC) 2026 mega-event taking place in Paris, France. Let’s take a look at the most important details.
FC Pro 2026 World Championship Details
The FC Pro 2026 World Championship takes place at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles venue, from 22 to 26 July 2026. A total of 36 players from across the globe are competing for glory, their share of the $1,045,000 prize pool (approximately R17.2 million), and a nice big portion of Club Championship points for their respective organizations.
It kicks off with a League Stage (22 to 24 July), featuring all 36 players. Each player will compete in six matches facing six different opponents, with the winning player receiving three points, drawing matches getting you one point, and losing means zero points. The top 24 players advance, with the top eight going directly to the Round of 16 of the Playoffs, and 9th to 24th-placed teams advance to the Knockout round of the Playoffs Stage.
