Your guide to TWC 2026 LAN Finals
The Thunderpick World Championship (TWC) 2026 LAN Finals tournament features the biggest prize pool ever put up by a bookmaker and some of the best teams competing for important VRS points as we get closer to the cutoff point for the PGL Major Singapore 2026. Here’s what you need to know.
TWC 2026 LAN Finals event details
There’s clearly a lot on the line for all eight teams competing live on LAN in Attard, Malta, in front of a crowd at the BLAST Arena Studios venue.
The tournament takes place in mid-October. Mark your calendars for 14 to 18 October 2026, when the TWC 2026 LAN Finals will entertain Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) esports fans across the globe.
All teams will first start in the Group Stage, with two groups of four teams each competing in a double-elimination GSL-style format. Matches are BO3, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the Playoffs Stage.
The Playoffs Stage will feature a single-elimination bracket, where all matches are BO3, except for the Grand Final, which will be a BO5 slugfest. They are duking it out on the servers for their share of the $1 million prize pool, which is over R16 million at the current exchange rate. Check out the teams competing below.

Nine of the teams received direct invites based on their standings on the VRS Global leaderboard, and Virtus.pro claimed the last spot at TWC 2026 LAN Finals by winning the Closed Qualifier in September.
