TI 2023 Eastern Europe qualifier viewer’s guide
As The International 2023 draws ever closer, there are some very important Dota 2 esports events that need to complete, namely the regional qualifiers. Here’s what you need to know about the Eastern Europe regional qualifier for The International 2023, where teams will fight their hearts out for a single spot at the massive annual event.
TI 2023 EEU Qualifier detailed
The event is hosted by PGL, and only the winner gets a spot at The International 2023, while all the other teams will have to watch on the sidelines this year. This is an online event using servers in Sweden. Teams will compete in a double-elimination bracket.
The event runs from Tuesday, 22 August to Saturday, 26 August 2023 and features 12 qualified teams who didn’t manage to get a direct invite to The International 2023 but did enough to get into this qualifier throughout the DPC seasons. Interestingly, both Na’Vi and Na’Vi Junior are competing, and you will also notice Virtus.pro fighting for that one singular spot.
TI 2023 EEU qualifier teams:
- Virtus.pro
- Natus Vincere
- Nemiga Gaming
- HYDRA
- One Move
- Team Sexy
- UALEIKUMNIHAO
- Matreshka
- StoRm
- MoneyMakers
- NAVI Junior
- SIBE Team
Clearly, Virtus.pro are the favourites to claim a spot at The International 2023 from this region, followed by Na’Vi. However, anything can happen with so much at stake, and we can’t help but wonder if we will see some upsets.
You can watch the TI 2023 North American qualifier via the official PGL Dota 2 Twitch channel, so don’t miss out! If you can’t watch the matches live, you can always check out the VODs on the PGL YouTube channel.
