Looking for some more Valorant esports action to watch now that most of the big tournaments are completed for the year? Well, then, you are in luck, as Home Ground #3, hosted by Red Bull Gaming, will be taking place this weekend. Here’s what you need to know.

Red Bull Home Ground #3 details

The Red Bull Home Ground #3 tournament is an official part of the Valorant Champions Offseason. It will take place as a live LAN event in England, Manchester. The tournament runs from 9 to 11 December. For the first time, North American teams will compete against the top EMEA teams.

Teams will compete for their share of the $100,000 prize pool. At the current Dollar to Rand exchange rate, that’s roughly R1.7 million. Groups have already been drawn.

Group A teams:
  • Cloud9
  • KRÃœ Esports
  • FOKUS
  • Team Vitality
Group B teams:
  • Team Heretics
  • 100 Thieves
  • FUT Esports
  • Team Liquid

The group stage will be in a single-elimination format, with the top three teams advancing to the playoffs. During the playoffs of the Red Bull Home Ground #3 tournament, six teams will compete in a single-elimination bracket. All matches in the playoffs are best-of-five, except for the grand final, which is a best-of-five affair.

The schedule:
  • 9 December: Starting at 13:00 GMT, the Red Bull Home Ground Group Stage will feature three best-of-three matches.
  • 10 December: Kicking off at 13:00 GMT, Saturday will also feature three best-of-three matches.
  • 11 December: The finals will begin at 13:00 GMT, switching to a best-of-five format in two spectacular rounds to determine who will lift the Red Bull Home Ground trophy.
