LoL Study details
So there isn’t much information just yet. ATK announced this event on social media, explaining: “Calling all silver and above League of Legends players who will be 18+ by Feb 2023. You may be eligible to participate in a paid LAN event hosted in both Cape Town/Gauteng by ATK. Apply, and if successful, you’ll earn R3,000 by just playing League! “
From the announcement video, we also know that catering and PCs will be provided, so if your application is accepted, you can head to the location and enjoy. You can head on over to the form and answer some questions to apply. This will be a 2-day LAN event.
The form further explains: “Clinical study sponsored by a biotech leader to assess the efficacy of a drink on esports athletes. The company conducted a similar study in the US in Q1 2022 and now wants to repeat the study in South Africa in 2023.”
Good luck to everyone who signs up. Hey, it really does sound like some free cash for playing League of Legends, so if you happen to be in Cape Town or Gauteng, why not?
